Karsten Alexandria, N.D., L.Ac. Biography

Dr. Karsten Alexandria grew up going to a naturopathic doctor since she was born. She has always had a healthy lifestyle and decided to get educated to best be able to share good health with others.  She is proud to have her mom, Sara, working with her as her naturopathic medical assistant at Purple Sage – A Healthy Lifestyle Center.  Dr. Alexandria’s husband Keith Wolfram helped build this dream of having a healthy place to spend her day and have a non-toxic office for her patient/clients to come in for a visit.

As a naturopathic physician she enjoys talking to women about their individual health concerns and providing a natural health care plan that will help them achieve the results they need.  Dr. Alexandria provides personalized naturopathic care for the entire family and has focused her first 10 years of practice on women’s and children’s health.  She is very comfortable caring for children, newborns to teenagers.  She has many years of experience with bio-identical hormones and individualized healthy lifestyle protocols for her patients; including dietary, nutritional, detoxification, and hormonal counseling.

She has been a naturopathic physician with a family practice since she graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1996. She earned her license in Acupuncture in 2000.  Dr. Alexandria received her undergraduate education from the University of California at Santa Cruz.   She continues to be educated through courses that focus on women’s health, nutrition, skin care, and hormonal balancing.

She is licensed in Arizona and is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association.
